Or a Flat Rate Shipping of $14.99 for orders under $200.
- Applies only to ground shipping within the 48 continental United States.
- Excludes special handling items, residential fees, signature confirmations or any other special delivery surcharges.
- Excludes big-size items, furniture and spa equipment purchases.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, sometimes damage may occur during transit from our facility to your location.
If your products arrive damaged, you have two options:
- Accept delivery of the damaged products, or
- Refuse the damaged products.
ACCEPTING DELIVERY
If you choose to accept delivery of damaged products and receive a settlement, please follow these steps:
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt in as much detail as possible. This will help us process your damage claim with the carrier.
- Take delivery of the products and sign the delivery receipt, marking the box as “damaged.” Make sure to add notes in the exception field about which products were damaged and what type of damage they sustained.
- Take several pictures of the damaged boxes from different angles and distances.

- We will provide you with further instructions via email.
- We will work with the shipping company on your behalf to determine the value of the damage.
- We will settle your claim within 30 business days and issue you a credit for the damages via check or credit card refund. Alternatively, we can provide you with replacement parts and an allowance for repairs. Please note that replacement parts can take up to 12 weeks to ship from the manufacturer.
