Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy:

To return items purchased from US Maxim Beauty Supplies of Atlanta, follow the instructions below.

All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email usmaximbeautyatlanta@gmail.com

We allow returns of undamaged goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee upon inspection.

Customers are responsible for the non-refundable 2-way shipping charges. Please note that custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas, time-dated items, and clearance items cannot be returned. In the case of free shipping provided for orders of $200 or more, customers who return these orders will be responsible for the shipping that we covered.

Please keep in mind that US Maxim Beauty Supplies of Atlanta is not responsible for changes in manufacturing components, specifications, or color that may differ from literature, websites, or other promotional items. Also, all warranties come from the manufacturer, and you are responsible for all shipping charges associated with warranty claims.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be within 14 days of shipment, have the original receipt, be in their original packaging and sealed in good condition, and be in resalable condition upon inspection. Some products may have different policies or requirements.

Please note that some items cannot be returned, including clearance or discontinued items, items with broken product seals, items subject to the manufacturer’s return policy or warranty, items damaged through customer use or abuse, custom orders or drop-ship special order items, nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits, or used acrylic and liquid.

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please report it within 24 hours, and we will take appropriate action to address the issue.

We accept exchanges for items purchased within the store, subject to the necessary shipping charges. Please note that a restocking fee of 15% applies to some product categories.

We encourage customers to finalize their equipment decisions before purchasing as large equipment requires special packing, which may result in additional costs to the company. Please note that clearance items are non-refundable.
